LOVE GOD. LOVE PEOPLE.
BECOMING & MAKING DISCIPLES.
Our Mission
Our mission is to raise passionate followers of Jesus Christ as they learn, love, and live for the glory of God. We strive to empower, equip, and encourage parents to disciple their kids and proclaim who God is and what He has done in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Ministry Philosophy
We believe that true discipleship and fellowship in Christ comes through relationships. Working together, our hope is to pour into the individual lives of our students for their growth, joy, and love of Jesus.
Partnering with Parents
The involvement of parents is essential to the success of The Church Students Discipleship Program. We will need the prayers, like-minded vision, service, time, means, and leadership of the parents of The Well to make Passionate Jesus Followers.

Students 6th grade – 12th grade can come experience amazing worship, powerful teaching, and small group ministry divided by age and gender. Our students truly grow closer to God and closer to one another by taking this time to connect and worship God together.
This Fall, Canvas meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm beginning August 21st.
Middle School Students meet during the 11am service in the UPPER ROOM.
High School meets in host homes on Sundays for Bible Study from 5pm – 6:15pm.

Get ready for an incredible weekend at DNOW 2025! This year, our guest speaker, Sam Langenbahn—a Texas A&M graduate currently attending DTS and a close friend of our own Travis West—will guide us through the powerful story of the Prodigal Son. Sam will highlight how Jesus is the perfect “elder brother” who left His Father’s side to seek and save the lost—us. Your student will experience: -Three engaging large-group sessions filled with worship, teaching, and games. -Small group discussions tailored by grade and gender, fostering meaningful connections and deeper understanding. -Host home accommodations for students alongside their small groups, offering a safe and fun environment for the weekend. Don’t miss this opportunity for your student to grow in faith and community. Join us for DNOW 2025!

Student Worship Academy Spring 2025
What is Worship Academy (WA)? Worship Academy is a semester-long program hosted twice a year by The Well Community Church’s worship department geared toward high school and middle school students for the purpose of discipling and training the next generation of worship leaders. This is our 2nd semester starting this program in hopes that students each year look forward to joining so they can grow in their worship-leading skills and be able to lead the youth group as they are being developed. Students will work toward leading a four-song worship set for each semester. We will meet the last Saturday (besides March) of the month for 3 months. We will have a recital-style “final” at the end of each semester for family to attend. The Rehearsal Dates for the Worship Academy are January 25th, February 22, March 22, and April 26. The Recital is on April 27th at 5:30 pm in the Worship Center.
