VISION

At The Well Church, we believe worship is at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to see thirsty souls restored, lives changed, and joyful disciples worshipping Christ.

We long to grow as a community that eagerly expects to experience the fullness of Jesus today and the great hope of His return.

As the Westminster Catechism says:

“The chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.”

WORSHIP ACADEMY

Discipling the next generation of worship leaders.

Worship Academy is a semester-long program designed to train and equip middle and high school students with the heart and skills to lead worship. Hosted by The Well’s Worship Team, this hands-on experience helps students grow musically, spiritually, and as leaders in their community.

Now entering its third semester, Worship Academy offers intentional coaching as students work toward leading a full four-song worship set. The program meets monthly, culminating in a family-friendly recital to celebrate their growth.

Recital: April 26 | 5:30–6:30 PM | Worship Center

Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, Worship Academy is a space to grow in both skill and faith—together.
