We’re so glad you’re here! To check in, stop by the Welcome Desk in the lobby. A friendly volunteer will help you complete a quick registration process for your family. If you'd like to save time, you can pre-register online using our https://thewellargyle.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/452/responses/new. Once registered, you'll receive a printed tag with a unique ID number that matches your child’s name tag. A volunteer will then walk with you to your child’s classroom.
After your first visit, you won’t need to register again—just head straight to the Kids Check-In kiosks in the lobby each Sunday to print your child’s name tag and your parent tag.

We offer two main areas to ensure your child is placed where they’ll thrive:

    -Little Well – for our youngest children (2 months - Pre-K)

    -Well Kids – for older children (Kindergarten - 5th)
    Our volunteers will help guide you to the right place based on your child’s age and developmental stage.

Safety is a top priority at The Well. Here’s how we protect your kids:

    -All classrooms are locked from the inside once service begins.

    -Access to children’s hallways is restricted and monitored.

    -You’ll receive a security tag, which must match your child’s tag at pick-up time.

    -If your child needs you during the service, we’ll notify you immediately.

All of our Kids Ministry volunteers are thoroughly vetted through background checks, interviews, and ongoing training. Each volunteer is also Ministry Safe certified, ensuring they’ve been equipped to protect and care for children in a secure and Christ-centered environment.

Just look for any volunteer wearing a Well Kids shirt—they're trained and ready to help you with check-in, directions, or anything else you need.
