Our Mission
Our mission is to raise passionate followers of Jesus Christ as they learn, love, and live for the glory of God. We strive to empower, equip, and encourage parents to disciple their kids and proclaim who God is and what He has done in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Ministry Philosophy
We believe that true discipleship and fellowship in Christ comes through relationships. Working together, our hope is to pour into the individual lives of our students for their growth, joy, and love of Jesus.
Partnering with Parents
The involvement of parents is essential to the success of The Church Students Discipleship Program. We will need the prayers, like-minded vision, service, time, means, and leadership of the parents of The Well to make Passionate Jesus Followers.
Students 6th grade – 12th grade can come experience amazing worship, powerful teaching, and small group ministry divided by age and gender. Our students truly grow closer to God and closer to one another by taking this time to connect and worship God together.
Middle School Students meet during the 11am service in the UPPER ROOM.
High School Students meet Sunday nights at from 5-6:30pm at The WELL.

Bible Drill is a program that trains children and students to hide God’s Word in their hearts. Our mission is found in Psalm 119:9-11. The purpose of this program is to increase Bible knowledge, develop verse memory and Bible-handling skills, and partner with parents to equip children and students to live by the truths of God’s Word and impact those around them.
